Grasp the wire by its boot to remove it from the plug; if you need to remove the wire completely, pull it off the coil pack as well.


You need a wrench with a spark plug socket to remove the plug. Insert the socket into the spark plug hole and turn it counterclockwise to remove it from the engine.
