Instructions


1. Comprehend the chill air intake leading tube in the gap terminated the heat shield.


2. Deposit the conical filter on the confine of the intake tube that you placed buttoned up the heat shield. Secure it with a hose clamp using a flat-head screwdriver.

8. Remove the bolts holding the filter box to the fender wall using a ratchet and socket wrench. Disconnect the electrical wire harness from the mass air flow (MAF) sensor on the side of the filter box. Pull the MAF sensor out of the filter box. This is the only sensor on the filter box.


9. Remove the filter box from the engine compartment. Bolt the heat shield brackets of your homemade cold air intake to the mounting holes of the stock filter box. Connect the end of the cold air intake tube to the throttle body. Use a flat-head screwdriver to tighten the hose clamp securing it.


10. Push the MAF sensor into the only opening in the intake tube and reconnect its electrical wire harness. Your installation is complete.
